Why would I need a membership?

We designed our memberships to allow clients to have consistent access to DTE services when they need them.

Our Rejuvenate IV membership allows you a cost-effective option to stay consistent with your IV services. 

It is nearly impossible to consume the vitamins and minerals required for optimal health. Even the healthiest of foods no longer provide the rich nutrients they once did. And not only that, but our bodies are not always primed to absorb the nutrients at the highest levels. IV therapies provide safe, direct absorption of what our bodies need.

The Rejuvenate Membership is designed to keep you feeling good.

We have two different types of memberships. The other type of membership is our provider access memberships, which provide you with access to our medical team for specialized care, either with a broad spectrum of service options or specifically for the peptide/bioidentical hormone program. 

If I don't use all the benefits in my monthly membership, do they roll over to the next month?

No, unused membership benefits do not roll over. Our membership program helps you stay consistent with your wellness journey. We encourage our clients to stay consistent with their treatments. 

What happens if I cancel before my commitment is over?

Members sign a membership agreement. That contract explains cancellation terms.

How do I change my card on file?

When will my membership be charged? 

The first fee payment is due the day you sign up and is charged every 30 days thereafter. All memberships self-renew for your convenience.

Can I use a gift card to purchase my membership?

No. Gift cards can’t be used on recurring membership fees.

Can I share my membership with someone else?

No. Memberships are nontransferable.
