Position Summary Down to Earth Wellness Center is a Functional Medicine Wellness facility in Greenwood, IN. Our Wellness Concierge Team at Down to Earth Wellness Center is responsible for delivering excellent service assisting with anything scheduling or experience related duties. As a team member of Down to Earth Wellness Center, you are essential to patient success and each team member is encouraged to share ideas, take initiative and grow within the organization. Duties & Responsibilities Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service. Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper. Answer all client questions and incoming calls. Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages. Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments. Monitor, organize and forward emails. Track and order office equipment and supplies. Maintain records and files. Provide direct communication with patients to facilitate care plans and troubleshooting Educates patients/families about the patient's personalized wellness program including any prescribed procedures, supplements, medications, lab work etc. Implements front desk and experience duties in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols. Intervenes with proper safety techniques, procedures and standard precautions. Communicates clearly and effectively in a team environment Communicates with patients via phone and portal to relay any messages as required by the provider Actively pursues educational opportunities presented by the clinic to expand knowledge in functional and integrative medicine Other miscellaneous projects as assigned Requirements High school diploma or relevant qualification. A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role. Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices. Superb written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong knowledge of MS Office programs Functional and integrative health experience is ideal, but not required. Training will be provided. Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse of Down to Earth Wellness Center is responsible for delivering excellent care and treatment to patients under the direction of a provider, functioning within scope of license. All patients of Down to Earth Wellness are given personalized, functional medicine wellness plans and the Registered Nurse plays an integral role in facilitating this wellness plan successfully. As a team member of Down to Earth Wellness Center, you are essential to patient success and each team member is encouraged to share ideas, take initiative and grow within the organization. The Registered Nurse will directly assist the Nurse Practitioner in day to day tasks, patient management, facilitation of proper office flow and procedure, and other responsibilities as assigned. Training in functional and integrative medicine will be provided. Duties & Responsibilities Assists Nurse Practitioner directly with day to day patient needs and coordination of office flow Works directly with Nurse Practitioner to facilitate personalized patient care plan Oversees and implements medically supervised weight loss program, as outlined by Nurse Practitioner Administration of IV therapy, vitamin injections, injection education and other procedures as ordered Provide direct communication with patients to facilitate care plans and troubleshooting Performs routine laboratory tests and simple therapeutic services as needed Educates patients/families about the patient's personalized wellness program including any prescribed procedures, supplements, medications, lab work etc. Implements clinical and technical aspects of care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols. Intervenes with proper safety techniques, procedures and standard precautions.
