The first type of membership is our provider access memberships, which provide you with access to our medical team for specialized care, either with a broad spectrum of service options or specifically for the peptide/bioidentical hormone program. The other type of membership is the Rejuvenate Membership, which includes a monthly IV or aesthetic service* and a variety of other perks. Whether you are looking to work directly with a provider for customized care or you simply want a monthly pick-me-up, our memberships offer exclusive access within our wellness center.

Why would I need a membership?

We designed our memberships to allow clients to have consistent access to DTE services when they need them.

We have two different types of memberships. The first type of membership is our provider access memberships, which provide you with access to our medical team for specialized care, either with a broad spectrum of service options or specifically for the peptide/bioidentical hormone program. The other type of membership is the Rejuvenate Membership, which includes a monthly complimentary service described on the Rejuvenate Membership page. Whether you are looking to work directly with a provider for customized care or you simply want a monthly pick-me-up, our memberships offer exclusive access within our wellness center. 

If I don't use all the benefits in my monthly membership, do they roll over to the next month?

No, unused membership benefits do not roll over. Our membership program helps you stay consistent with your wellness journey. We encourage our clients to stay consistent with their treatments. 

What happens if I cancel before my commitment is over?

Members sign a membership agreement. That contract explains cancellation terms.

How do I change my card on file?

To change any payment information or manage your card on file, contact our wellness concierge team.

When will my membership be charged?

Rejuvenate IV membership: The first payment is due the day you sign up and charged every 30 days thereafter.

Bioidentical Hormone & Peptide membership: The first payment is due after the initial consultation if you choose to continue. The cost is based on the type of payment, either $11 per month or $125 per year.

Total Functional Health & Wellness membership: The first payment is charged automatically three months after the initial consultation. The cost is based on the type of payment, either $30 per month or $325 per year.

All memberships require a 12-month commitment and self-renew for your convenience.

Can I use a gift card to purchase my membership?

No. Gift cards can’t be used on recurring membership fees.

Member agrees that the Organization offers its membership program with no guarantee of results of any kind. Member agrees that any results that occur during their membership, whether positive or negative, are the effects of Member's own personal choices.

Member agrees and verifies that all of the information they have given the Organization and its representatives is accurate, up to date, and without the omission of any requested information.

Member agrees and verifies that even if they have omitted any necessary personal information, whether knowingly or unknowingly, they will hold the Organization harmless against all liability for any damages that may occur to Member or others because ofMember's actions or inactions.

Member agrees to notify the Organization Membership Group of any changes or upcoming changes concerning their personal information.
