We strive to provide the best possible care to accommodate all our clients’ needs. In order to ensure smooth operations and availability for everyone, we require that all cancellations for provider visits, vitamin infusions, injections, lab draws, and any other services be made at least 24 business hours in advance.
For example, if your appointment is on Tuesday, it must be canceled before our closing time on Saturday. Failure to cancel within this 24-hour window will result in a cancellation fee. The fee is $100 or the cost of your service, whichever is less. For instance, if you cancel a $35 vitamin injection, the fee would be $35. For lab draws or appointments included within a package, the fee is $25.
Please note that we do accept walk-ins for infusions and injections based on availability; however, we strongly encourage making an appointment to ensure you receive the service you need. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
