What is the Total Wellness Provider Access Fee and what does it include?
The Total Wellness Provider Access Fee is an annual fee of $325 for clients participating in the Total Wellness Care program at Down to Earth Wellness Center. It includes priority access to your provider, the ability to message the medical team through the portal, access to utilize insurance for lab work, and a 5% discount on all products and services.
Who is required to pay the Provider Access Fee?
The Provider Access Fee is required for clients who are part of the Total Wellness Care program. This fee is not required for clients who are only utilizing peptide therapy or bioidentical hormones individually. However, if a peptide client decides to add bioidentical hormones or vice versa, the client would need to transition to Total Wellness Care and pay the Provider Access Fee due to the increased complexity of care.
What happens if I am a new client starting my wellness journey?
New clients who are beginning their wellness journey in our Total Wellness Care program receive three included benefits with their initial consultation, along with the other advantages of the Provider Access Fee. This ensures a smooth and supported start to their personalized healthcare plan.
Does the Provider Access Fee automatically renew, and how can I cancel it?
Yes, the Provider Access Fee automatically renews annually unless canceled. To cancel the renewal, clients need to inform Down to Earth Wellness Center prior to the renewal date. Specific cancellation procedures and policies can be discussed with our administrative team.
If I cancel my membership prior to renewing it, will I get a prorated refund?
No, memberships are charged annually. However, you would continue to have access to the Down to Earth services until the date it is canceled. Please note, you do not have to pay the Provider Access Fee to purchase supplements or receive IV therapy and injections.
