At Down to Earth Wellness Center, your health is our priority. We take pride in providing you with the highest-quality products for your treatment plan. For this reason, the products on your plan may come from a variety of suppliers or locations.

Supplements can be acquired one of two ways:

1. Down to Earth Wellness Center - we offer many of your provider’s most-recommended supplements in our office for your convenience. Supplements can be purchased in-store or through our website at https://shop.dtewellnesscenter.com/ (select the “Supplements” tab).

2. FullScript - for supplements that are not available in our store, your provider will assign a recommended supplement to you on FullScript. You will receive an initial email link from FullScript to set up your account. You will then be able to access your provider’s recommendation or search physician-grade supplements for purchase.

Along with supplements, your personalized plan may also include compounded medications, if recommended by your provider.

All compounded medications are ordered by our office to Pure Pharmacy. Any compounded thyroid medication, hormone cream, LDN (low-dose naltrexone), compounded Progesterone and peptides will be sent here. You will pay our office directly, and the medication will be shipped to your home directly from the pharmacy.

Please note: We are unable to accommodate requests to send compounded prescriptions to alternative compounding pharmacies. All compounded prescriptions are processed through our designated pharmacy partners to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance.
