The Bioidentical Hormone & Peptide membership is a program that allows clients access to the providers who will monitor lab results in order to ensure that clients receive exactly the hormone and peptide therapies that are right for them. The membership costs $11 per month or $125 for a year. This membership will be required for all current and future bioidentical hormone and peptide clients by October 1, 2023. Clients can choose to opt into the membership program at their next office visit or by calling the office.
In addition to provider access, clients in the membership will also have access to a cash pay lab discount, access to direct messaging our medical team, and access to our exclusive client education portal. We are particularly excited about the education portal because it will allow Sarah to provide clients with excellent resources designed to help them understand specific health topics that may be important to a wellness journey.
The membership program allows Down to Earth Wellness Center to limit the number of memberships in order to ensure that the medical team can spend time with clients and monitor their care without becoming overbooked. Being able to manage our growth is critical to maintain the kind of client care that is our mission.
Clients who opt out of the wellness program are still able to come to DTE for most services, such as IV therapies, aesthetics, vitamin injections. Clients who opt out will still be welcome to come to the wellness center for most services like IV therapies, aesthetics, vitamin injections. There is also Total Functional Health & Wellness Provider Access Membership that steps up in price but also steps up service to include a personalized plan of care; direct, frequent, and ongoing access to Sarah Godsave, NP; and access to the wide range of services that DTE has to offer. Without a membership, clients will no longer have access to appointments with Sarah or our nurses, and they will not have access to the membership portal for messaging or education.
Requiring that all bioidentical hormone and peptide clients purchase a Provider Access Membership is a change, and change is often difficult. However, it is necessary to be sure that DTE can manage its growth and give clients the time, care, and resources they need to have safe and effective treatments.
What if I choose not to sign up but want to come back in the future?
You will be a new client at that time because your provider will need to do a recheck when you return. Keep in mind that membership numbers are limited.
I would like to sign up but I was told there are no more memberships available. What should I do?
Membership numbers are capped to ensure that our providers have enough time to work with clients individually. If membership enrollment reaches the cap, then we will have a wait list. DTE also hopes to add an additional nurse practitioner, which will open up additional memberships.
Why should I sign up now?
Because membership numbers are limited, it is a good idea to hold your spot as soon as possible.
I would like to try Down to Earth. I’ve heard about your products and services, but I’m not sure about joining for a year. Do I have to do that?
Memberships are only required for clients who do peptides or total functional health and wellness care. These services are monitored by a provider, and the membership provides access to those members of our team. The commitment to the Bioidentical Hormone and Peptide Membership is one year.
If memberships are becoming mandatory, do I have to join the Rejuvenate IV membership for IV therapies?
No! That membership will continue as it is. We are only adjusting the terms of the memberships that provide access to our nurse practitioner.
